Personal data processing policy

1. What data we collect

About the teen: name, date of birth, city and district, education details, free time, interests. About the parent or legal guardian: name and email address — only to confirm consent. About the employer: legal name, registration number, contact details, documents confirming legal entity registration.

We deliberately don't store national ID numbers, scans of identity documents, or teens' medical certificates — the platform doesn't need them to operate.

2. Why we process this data

To match teens with jobs that comply with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for their age, and to pass their applications on to employers. Data is never used for third-party advertising and is never sold.

3. Legal guardian's consent

Since the platform's user is a minor, processing their data only begins after the legal guardian's consent. The consent text is on a separate page: /legal/consent. Confirmation happens via a link sent by email, on the guardian's own device, recording the time, IP address, and version of the consent text — this is a lawful way to confirm consent “by any other means that allows confirming its receipt” (Article 8 of Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V).

4. Withdrawing consent and data deletion

Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the same email link used to confirm it. After withdrawal, the teen's data is deleted from the platform right away: profile, applications and chats with employers; the account is closed. If parental consent was never received, the profile is deleted 15 business days after registration.

5. Where the data is stored

The database is physically located in the Republic of Kazakhstan — this is a requirement of Article 12(2) of Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V, not a platform choice.
