Looking for a job? This page is for employers — a request from here will not reach any vacancy. Jobs for teens are here →
For employers
We help you find school and college students aged 14-17 for part-time work and make sure every condition complies with the Kazakhstan Labour Code.
We publish your job in the JumysTAP feed, where teens in your city see it. Applications arrive in your dashboard.
Every condition — hours, shift times, type of work — is checked before publishing, with the article of the law.
We tell you which documents to ask for at each age, so a labour inspection holds no surprises.
Free pilot for the first companies
Leave a request — we will call you back, help write the job and find people for the autumn break and December. We agree on terms after the pilot in advance.
Pick the type of work and the hours to see from what age you can hire, which conditions get in the way and which documents you need. Calculated in your browser, nothing is sent.
Pick the type of work and enter the weekly hours — the result will appear here.
For companies and sole traders. We will call you back within a working day, no sign-up needed.
From 14 — only a student, outside study hours, for light work and with a parent's written consent (Labour Code art. 31 p. 2). From 16 a teen signs the contract on their own (art. 31 p. 1).
Ages 14-15 — up to 24 hours a week, 16-17 — up to 36 hours (art. 69 p. 1). Night work (22:00 to 6:00), overtime, rotational work and secondary employment are prohibited under 18.
A written employment contract before the first working day, an ID card or birth certificate, a school certificate if the teen studies, and medical certificate 075/u — the employer arranges and pays for the pre-employment medical exam. Under 16, also a parent's consent and signature on the contract. The check above shows the exact list for your conditions.
The pilot is free for the first companies. If you want to continue, we agree on terms in advance — no hidden fees.
Teens state their age themselves, and there is no state tool to verify teens under 16. So you check the ID or birth certificate on the first day — we will tell you exactly what to ask for.
